Right from day one to final completion Solarkinetics Ltd have been exceptionally professional. We had a few queries prior to installation and every question was answered honestly and without unnecessary confusing technical jargon. The team that did the installation were equally professional and very clean and tidy workmen. We had an issue with the battery energy bank which required the manufacturer to inspect the system. The battery needed replacing which was done within a week. The engineer from Solaredge (battery manufacturer) said in all his 8 years in the industry, both in Australia and the UK he hadn’t seen a better installation. Since installation we have received all the necessary paperwork and warranties as promised. Highly recommended.
