We have had our PV system installed for about 11 months and in that time it has generated the predicted annual output of 3995kWh. Therefore the system has been working at 14% above the expected rate and we are very pleased with this. Prior to installation, Solarkinetics provided a detailed technical quotation with clear and relevant calculations. Their quote specified high performance and high quality equipment from reputable suppliers backed by long guarantees. Once scaffolding had been erected, Gordon and Finley Yule installed the system in one day and commissioned it the next. The inverter, switchgear, cable runs and trunking was neatly arranged and their work was of a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend Solarkinetics to anyone planning to install a PV system.

The installation by Gordon Yule and Solar kinetics was excellent. They surveyed the roof and provided us with an estimate with very little delay. Gordon also gave us the option for a battery and advice whether this was financially viable at this point. The actual installation of the panels was very swift and problem free. Even connecting the system to our electric meter (quite a distance) was quick and not disruptive. We now have an Owner’s Manual with details of our warranties etc and have been linked up to the output system to check on the amount of energy our panels produce. A very efficient service.

I am delighted with the installation and components chosen by Solarkinetics. The 3.3kw system outperforms our previous 4kw system we had in Cornwall. It is useful to be able to monitor panel performance using the internet via computer or phone, and should alert us to any panel failures or when it is time to clean one dirty panel or all of them. So far, normal rainfall keeps the panels clean and there has been no need for any maintenance.
